Lafont x Sekimoto proudly present the “OUVRAGE” eyewear frame.

Marking its centenary milestone, the Maison celebrates a century of expertise as its central theme. On this special occasion, a collaboration with Maison Sekimoto brings forth a truly unique eyewear creation. Satoshi Sekimoto, a distinguished French Master Craftsman in Haute Couture embroidery, and Thomas Lafont, the artistic director of Maison Lafont, unite their passions to craft an entirely embroidered eyewear frame – an unprecedented feat!

Trained within the finest French embroidery ateliers, Satoshi Sekimoto has lent his expertise to the most renowned Haute Couture houses. His mastery and attention to detail bring delicacy and grace to the frame.

Building upon a Haute Couture concept devised by Thomas Lafont, Satoshi Sekimoto has worked this innovative canvas, embellishing it with pearls and sequins akin to a gown.

Maison Lafont has always been devoted to championing the authenticity of French craftsmanship. This unique collaboration allows the Maison to expand its realm of expression, consistently influenced by the spirit of Parisian Haute Couture.
